Rebecca and Bayne got married in the backyard of Bayne's grandparent's house on Dutch Island in Savannah, GA. Theres a certain familiarity that happens when weddings happen in private homes belonging to the couple or family. The memories saturate the atmosphere and the comfort blankets the entire event. The getting ready rooms were across the hall from each other. The "boy's room" and the "girl's room", standing still in time and filled with tea sets and model boats and core memories of siblings present.
Rebecca's pleated BHLDN dress got so many compliments all day, and I love her choice of a sustainable dried floral bouquet. The couple stayed true to their style throughout their laid back river side wedding. They had a casual tented reception with remote cocktail bars and fire pits.
